I was struck a few issues with my teeth - this was through the start of the covid pandemic. I was fortunately in no bad pain..so I was able to wait and follow Hwu to platinum dental once things had calmed down, which I’m so happy I did. I can personally recommend Huw for several reasons: He has a great calming nature & is good at taking your mind off the situation. The first time I was treated by him I was nervous.Huw reassured me that with a good dentist you wouldn’t or shouldn’t feel any pain, I have had root canal, extraction, temporary tooth & fillings and haven’t felt any pain( and I had previously hated the dentist for this reason ) He also explains the process from the start, so you know exactly where your at and what to expect result and dollar wise. As soon as you walk into the front door you are comfortable.! Definitely recommend Thank you

I cannot thank Huw and the team enough. Excellent dentist who is amazing, caring and gentle with children. My ten year olds extraction went so well and my other children are all booked in to start their teeth care journey with Platinum as I totally trust them and their caring approach. Thank you ?

Hugh and the team at Platinum Dental go above and beyond in all aspects. As someone who has always been petrified due to past dentists butchering my teeth and gums, I was very cautious when I booked my initial appointment due to pain that I could not ignore any longer. I’ve never been treated with such kindness and understanding or met a dentist so gentle that never made to feel silly because of my fear and was happy to explain everything that he was doing. Hugh and all the girls never fail to put a smile on my face, I never leave in pain, unhappy or scared to go back. If anything, I look forward to my check ups as I’m pain free, comfortable and happy with the appearance of my teeth. Highly recommend to any and all people looking for a lovely local dental clinic.

My first visit to Platinum Dental was a few days ago. The whole experience can be summed up with the following.... convenient, comfortable, great communication and very clean. Needing a regular 6 month dental check up, I thought I'd give Platinum a go as the surgery has great reviews and parking is super easy. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The dental therapist explained the processes of treatment throughout my appointment so I felt very comfortable and relaxed. It was a really thorough check up and cleaning treatment. I needed an xray and I was very impressed with the high tech equipment used. Even the dental chair out of the ordinary! I don't think I have walked away from a dentist visit with cleaner teeth and having had such a pleasant experience. :)
