WHO QUALIFIES AS A REFERRAL?
- To qualify for the gift certificate the new patient referred must not have ever previously attended Platinum Dental.
- To qualify for the gift certificate the new patient must have a full check up with one of our dentists.
- To qualify for the gift certificate the recipient of the gift certificate cannot be part of a government subsidised dental scheme like Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) or NSW health voucher.
- Referring patient’s name must be recorded at the time of booking and must be an active patient of Platinum Dental.
- Must be aged 16 years old or over
- To be eligible for your gift voucher you must present your referral card to the receptionist upon arrival for your appointment. If you present your referral card at any time after you have finished checking in at reception then you will ineligible for a gift voucher (this policy will be strictly enforced).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply Refer a Friend, using one of our referral cards, and when they attend for their full check up* we’ll give each of you a $25 Gift card of your choice.
There’s no limit to the amount of friends you can refer and vouchers you can receive. When you refer 5 patients to us you will also receive a bonus free professional teeth whitening treatment.
It is really important to us to maintain strong bonds with our current patients, as well as to welcome new friendly smiles. When our patients show us the utmost in confidence, and loyalty, by referring a friend or colleague, we want to thank both our old and new friends alike.
* We currently have a special offer of $250 for a full check up at Platinum Dental. This includes your consult, teeth clean, all x-rays, fluoride treatment and high tech oral cancer scan.
